For me, You are like a water
Your presence gives me peace
A calmness in my soul
That every time it runs through my skin
It reminds me that I’m alive
When I’m having a bad day
I will just soak myself in cold water
It wouldn’t mind how long I stay submerged in it
It just lets me stay until I feel okay
until I’m ready to face the world again
Where will I go whenever I feel numb?
When I don’t feel like I exist anymore
The water became my refuge
The water reminds me how beautiful it is to live
To be able to feel and experience things
To be immersed in water
To be calmed by the sound of water
To be in the presence of water
And the water will sustain me
Until the end of this lifetime.
