Waiting is a season of preparation. Waiting should not make us stagnant or stay the same from the moment we decide to wait. It is our time to grow as individuals, in all aspects of our lives. It is our time to enhance and add value to our bodies and minds.

Waiting is part of the process. We need that season for ourselves, so that when the time is right, we will have no regrets. We need the season of waiting for our own growth. And we need the season of waiting to know the Lord more and to enjoy that process, knowing full well that it is not to inconvenience our lives, but to teach us and lead us on the path that God has intended for us to take.

Having the capacity to wait is simply a result of our trust and faith in God. We believe that our time will come when we will finally experience what we are praying for, our heart’s desire. At the end of our waiting season, the right person will meet us. We should be at the foot of His throne.

In His presence is where we will meet.
